You can choose to place the links under your “Featured Sites” or “Featured Links” column which your readers do not really see them as ads. You may not participate in the program or get paid well if your website is too new or does not meet their minimum requirements (eg. Google PageRank, Alexa Ranking, Technorati Ranking, number of RSS subscribers and other factors).
